47 Festival Pom Pom Bunting - 16th August 2012

Hey Guys,

Sorry it's been a while.

I've got a very busy few months ahead of me in my 'real life'.

I'll try my best to do a wee yarnbomb here or there over the next few months but it'll only be a few small things.

I will still of course be running the second Yarnvent Caednar again! I cannot wait! I've got loads of ideas that I can't wait to share with you all.

Any way, as some of you may know, it is Festival time in Edinburgh! I decided to make some pom pom bunting to put on a bench in Princes Street Gardens to brighten the place up a little bit! I used bright pink, yellow and neon orange to capture the colourful nature of the festival!

I hope you all like it!

I hope you all like my new tags and my new logo! What do you think? I'd love to hear your opinions!

See you all soon,

40 Jubilee Yarnbomb - 3rd June 2012

Hello!

I hope you all like my Jubilee yarnbomb including my ambitious attempt at a wee Corgi Pom-Pom! I love him and decided to keep him for myself- he is a wee bit strange looking!

I also took some pictures with my new camera using the exaggerate colour option! The look really cool and the trees look neon!

I hope you all like!

Make sure you check back next week to see my project for International Yarnbomb Day!

36 Easter Carrot & Chick - 8th April 2012

Hey Guys!

I hope you all have a great EASTER!

This was a last minute project as I realised time had slipped away from me and I had nothing made for an Easter yarnbomb.

The Easter Bunny has been so busy delivering eggs for everyone that she lost one of her favourite carrots! Thankfully her friend fluffy chicken has loctaed it and is standing guard until she can return to collect it!

I hope you all like it!

Check back tomorrow for my 1st Birthday Yarnbomb!

Tomorrow Shadow_Stitch will be 1 years old! A whole year of yarnbombing!

I cannot believe it!

33 Mothers Day - 18th March 2012

Hey Guys!

It's Mother's Day in the UK so I thought I'd make a wee bouquet of flowers for someone to find and hopefully give to their Mum!

I was going to make pom-pom flowers but when I started to make them, I really liked them like this! I thought they looked cute! I hope you all like!

I hope someone finds them and gives them a home!

27 Scruffy Autumnal Pom-Poms - 9th November 2011

Hey guys,

Hope you are all enjoying the darker nights! It's fantastic for yarnbombing- I don't have to wait until after midnight for it to be dark like in summer!

This next project is for 21 days to Yarnbomb Event 2011.

I couldn't manage to yarnbomb for the 21 days as I'm busy working on The Yarnvent Calendar which launches soon - EEEEEK! Instead I opted to make 21 scruffy pom-poms in nice autumnal colours!

I hope you enjoy- they look quite cute on the tree - I wish all leaves were as vivid as this!

I hope all you guys like them!

Next stop, The Yarnvent Calendar! I can't believe it's just around the corner! Gonna start shouting from the rooftops to make it a success and spread that Christmas cheer!

If you can, please share the link to the official Facebook page!

Thanks very much shadows!!!!

19 Pink Candy - Tree Of Happiness 14th July 2011

Hey Shadows!

Hope you all enjoyed yesterdays yarnbombs and the lovely weather we had too! It was a lovely day to go exploring for them hehe! I hear the Katy Perry I-pod was gone by mid-day??!!

Anyway, today we have a Pink Candy Tree Of Happiness that is especially for a Shadow follower (@X_pinkcandy_x on twitter) who kindly asked me to knit her some Pink Candy a very long time ago. More recently she exclaimed that she would really like some Sunshine and Love, so here it is! Hope she likes and that the rest of you enjoy too!

As I said, I hope you all enjoy and perhaps go a stroll to look for it in the Gardens. Perhaps you'll also see yesterdays ShadowHeart, SunshineHeart and LoveHeart yarnbomb! It looks like another lovely day so I'm off to enjoy it!

See you all soon - still working away on the next few projects!
